Costa Rica offers many exciting and beautiful things to do and see within a very small area. The scenery changes from mile to mile. There are tropical rain forests, active volcanoes, sunny beaches and lush valleys, all within easy driving distance of San Jose. Take some of the popular tours, or just explore on your own. We have a group of English-speaking taxi drivers who love to show off their country and will happily take you anywhere you want to go. Carlos Rojas, one of our drivers, is also a forest ranger and is a wealth of information. He turns any trip with him into an educational experience and he has such a wonderful sense of humor that he is just plain fun to be with!

Stay as long as you can. The doctors and dentists in Costa Rica are some of the best in the world. They will work very hard to make sure that you have the best possible results from your procedures and are also exceptionally knowledgeable in recognizing and treating any complications that may arise from your surgery. While they will work with you via telephone and email once you leave, they need you here as long as possible. This is your time. You have invested a lot in this experience and want the absolute best results. Take the time that you need. You are worth it.
