Casa De La Mariposa is located in a premium area of Escazu, just outside of San Jose, Costa Rica, in a quiet residential area where local families stroll along the streets with their children, parents and pets. There are many small stores and a park within easy walking distance.

The large American Mall is just 5 minutes away by car. There you can "shop til you drop", eat at one of the many restaurants, or see the latest American movies.

One of the best private hospitals in Costa Rica is CIMA Hospital which is only a minutes away, as are all the area medical and dental clinics. In the unlikely event that you might need emergency care, it is readily available. We are contracted with a local ambulance service that has a doctor on call 24 hours a day, and if you are in need of emergency treatment they will provide immediate assistance.

We work closely with all the best doctors, dentists and ophthalmologists in the San Jose area. We have their home and cellular numbers and will contact them any time you have a procedural problem that needs to be addressed.
